Do you charge to diagnose the problem?+
Free phone consultation always. If a house call is needed we give you a full diagnosis and quote before doing any paid work. You only pay if you decide to proceed.
How far do you travel?+
We cover the entire East End — Manorville and Riverhead out to Montauk and Orient Point. If you're not sure, just call.
Do you fix Macs and PCs?+
Absolutely. Windows PCs, Macs, smart home equipment, Sonos, home and business networks — all of it.
What if I can't describe the problem?+
That's our specialty. "It makes a weird noise" and "it just stopped working" are fine starting points. We'll figure it out.
