Click “Download” A small .exe file will download โ usually to your Downloads folder.

Run the file Double-click the downloaded file. If Windows asks “Allow this app?” click Yes.

Share your 6-digit code A code appears on screen. Read it to Sean over the phone and the session starts.

You’re connected You’ll see Sean’s cursor on your screen. You can watch everything in real time.

Mac Users โ Security & Privacy Step
Modern versions of macOS block apps from unknown developers by default. After downloading, go to System Settings โ Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click "Open Anyway" next to the ConnectWise entry. This is a one-time step and is completely safe.
