    Click "Download App" A small .exe file downloads to your computer.

    Open the downloaded file Click it in your browser's download bar or in your Downloads folder.

    Click "Run" if prompted Windows may show a security warning โ€” click Run to continue. This is normal.

    You're connected โ€” call us! A small icon appears in your taskbar. Call or text us at (631) 446-2220 and we'll join right away.

    Double-click the downloaded file Open your Downloads folder and double-click the file to run it.

    โš ๏ธ Mac Security Warning โ€” do this: If Mac says it can't open the file because it's from an unidentified developer:
    1. Go to Apple Menu โ†’ System Settings
    2. Click Privacy & Security
    3. Scroll down โ€” you'll see a message about the blocked app
    4. Click "Open Anyway"
    5. Click "Open" on the confirmation box

    Grant Screen Recording permission Mac will ask for Screen Recording access โ€” click Open System Settings and allow it. This is required for us to see your screen.
